Start your journey with a glass of St Hallett traditional Method NV Black Sparkling Shiraz and then be guided by Helen through a carefully curated flight of wines both iconic flagships as well as our ultimate premium Shiraz’s released to date Planted 1919, which James Halliday awarded 99 points and quoted “The magic of this wine lies in its perfection that suspends time, making it gorgeous to drink now or in decades to come.”


Stuart will shape each dish entirely around the flavours that work with each individual wine to ensure a seamless dining experience that allows the wine to truly shine.
